Review on JKS 9800 Adjustable Track Bar by William Dean

Poor customer support. I received a tie rod without two 1/8" collar spacers and with a mounting bolt and nut that appear to be the correct size but are not compatible with the other bolt and nut combination. The shorter bolt is lower quality, has a regular nut and no matching washers, while the longer mounting bolt is higher quality, has a self-locking nut and the required 5/16" flanged washers along with their 1.85 . " OE spacer for struts. There were no installation instructions so I had to download it to my computer when I found parts were missing. I received this item on March 21st. I went through the installation instructions to get it on March 23. Called John's 4x4 center on Monday March 24 to let them know the parts were missing. They said they would find the parts and contact me. Called them back on March 26 because they never replied to me i was told the parts would be found and shipped and if not found they will send me a whole new block it is april 18th i have not heard from johns 4x4 and as of this is my jeep without the front caterpillar., had a handwritten thank you note from John's 4x4.The only problem is when I first called John about the missing parts, I was told that the person no longer works there.How come?
