The bag was large, bulky and very difficult to maneuver. We discovered this on our first flight trip and as we were two days past our 30 day return date (because we were out of town) they offered a 'good intention' to return the bag for a refund depending on if it was UNUSED and WE WILL PAY. MAIL. We decided to keep this thing because how would we know it's unacceptable if we've never used it? The return is almost equal to the amount we paid for the bag. The seller's responses were timely but reserved and snappy. Warning.
