I have a severe dust mite allergy. I cannot have derived anything from mammals or carrageenan. So many vegan vitamins contain red seaweed carrageenan. Non-vegan vitamins contain magnesium stearate of animal origin. I was so excited when I found her. I have been taking lysine to prevent cold sores for many years. I'm glad I can still handle it!
