3 things I love about baking: Truly non-stick, non-stick surface that won't wash off, easy to keep clean. I just finished my second batch of 144 cookies (plain sugar cookies) and it was super easy! I very lightly oiled the pans before the first batch went (just in case) and that was the last time I did that. Each batch is cooked to perfection and glides off instantly with no stickiness. What about the dishes? None of the pans left marks, didn't need cleaning and the coating is now as perfect as fresh out of the box. I've never raved about these things, but these are worth celebrating, especially for the price. (Goodbye, Walmart, where I bought similar cookie/pie/skillet pans, paid way more than they cost just to get the food to stick and the nonstick to wash off. And I've hand washed. )
