Very inexpensive to maintain and useful for chilling and sanitizing glasses for drinks. Avoid using a refrigerator to chill glass or using large amounts of ice to chill glassware. The semi-cylindrical handle lid allows you to chill the jar without causing CO2 burn or dry ice flashback in the freezer. Cools very quickly, I recommend!
