Grill brush works very well. I had to choose the one with a scraper as the pins are too soft to reach hard objects. I have a thick stainless steel bar grate that does a good job of removing the charred surface to keep it looking nice. To be honest I have to use a heavier brush to get the main pieces and then this one to get it nice and clean just before cooking. I would have given it 4 stars but 3 subsequent emails asking for reviews (under the guise of customer service) annoyed me so much I relented, gave them a review but also downvoted them for overzealousness. . One order = one seller email. I didn't sign up for the newsletter when I made the purchase.
