Good product - annoying serving

Grill brush works very well. I had to choose the one with a scraper as the pins are too soft to reach hard objects. I have a thick stainless steel bar grate that does a good job of removing the charred surface to keep it looking nice. To be honest I have to use a heavier brush to get the main pieces and then this one to get it nice and clean just before cooking. I would have given it 4 stars but 3 subsequent emails asking for reviews (under the guise of customer service) annoyed me so much I…

In Terminator 2, my grill became more and more a future hell with charred.

Summer and barbecue time. Unfortunately, my grill kept looking more and more like Terminator 2's future hell, with the charred remains of random bits strewn about the grates for a sanitized cooking surface. Broke after 3 uses - Outdoor Cooking Equipment and Accessories

I needed a wire brush for my second grill so I bought this Grillaholics as it was similar to the brush we have for the other grill , which has lasted for years . Unfortunately, this brush differs from my original only in that they look the same. After the third use, the handle broke completely. The wire portion of the brush still works well, but impractical without a handle.
