Review on CravenSpeed by Damian Grotting

I recently made the mistake of placing an order through the CravenSpeed online store, and I have to admit that the entire process was extremely arduous and time-consuming. Due to the fact that their website was cumbersome and difficult to navigate, it took me more time than it should have to locate the necessary auto parts for my vehicle. Due to the inadequate packaging, my order was delivered to me in a terrible state when it reached at its final destination. It was almost as if they took some old newsprint, wrapped each of my body parts in it, and hoped for the best. It goes without saying that the components were broken and rendered useless as a result. I attempted to get assistance from their customer service staff, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I contacted them. It was like trying to have a conversation with a concrete wall - a brick wall that was extremely uninterested and unresponsive. In general, CravenSpeed is not something I would suggest to anyone. Their website is slow, as is their shipping, their packaging, and especially their customer support, which is also slow. It seems as though they are not making an effort at all. Find another store to purchase at if you want to spare yourself the hassle.
