Review on 🌡️ SMARTRO ST59 Digital Meat Thermometer - Cooking Oven BBQ Grill Kitchen Food - 2 Probes & Timer by Melody Watson

After 3 months of ownership and maybe 5 uses of each probe, one of the two probes that came with it failed. It reads randomly over a 150 degree range at room temperature. My first impression was that the cables would be flimsy and I treated them accordingly. Did not help. So after I posted the above negative (one star) review, Zoe at SMARTRO contacted me and apologized and said she would send me a new probe. Didn't even ask about it. Good. A brand new thermometer and two probes arrived today. How about customer service? Changed my rating to 5 stars
