You need to activate Windows Hello. It's easy: click Start, select Settings, then click Accounts to open Account Settings. Select Sign-in options in the left pane and then you will see Windows Hello in the right pane. Then, under Fingerprint, click Setup to add recognition data. You will then be prompted several times to touch the object. If not, log out and click to log in again. Do you use Roboform?
