My conclusion: Spend some time updating your firmware and applications to the latest versions for the system to work properly. The installed Zlink app caused a huge delay in phone calls in Apple Car Play to the point where it was impossible to keep a conversation going. The latest version of Zlink on the Linkswell website fixed the problem. I love the fact that the specs are true and the features they say keep and lose are correct. it will be far better than the original equipment on your truck, no matter what it is.
