Review on KEF Standmound Speakers Gloss Black by Jeremy Monroe

Upgrade from a pair of Elac Carina bs243.4 speakers. I have to say that after about 20 hours of work I am completely enthusiastic. Paired with my Mcintosh ma5300 these r3s sing and are a big step up over the carinas. Realism is almost surreal. I can close my eyes and swear the musicians are playing live in my listening room. WOW. I don't want to be a hardware critic, I'll leave that to guys like Steve Guttenberg who left these rave reviews. And he's worked with some of the greatest engineers and musicians.
