Review on Optimized for SEO: Victorinox 7 Inch Swiss Classic Santoku Knife with Granton Blade by Heather Coleman

Revainrating 3 out of 5

VERY light, thin blade, small handle

This review is for the Santoku Victorinox 7" Swiss Classic knife with a Granton blade (because Revain is confusing all the reviews). and for someone with very small hands and the Arm strength of a two year old Although the knife comes very sharp out of the box, the blade is very thin and appears to be made of tinfoil In my hand it looks like a cheap $5 Walmart knife Because the handle of the blade is completely plastic plated, it remains a mystery how much metal there is, but after using this knife I can say that the handles, which are steel throughout (plastic is visible on both sides) are far from the authorities a balance this knife lacks, and the thin blade makes matters worse. A 7" JA Henckels International CLASSIC Hollow Edge Santoku (which is my "GoTo" M eater is for pretty much everything) for a bit more. A Much Better Knife I thought I would save a few bucks trying the Victorinox line based on the reviews but I was quite disappointed with the actual quality and feel of this knife.
