Review on Nertpow by Robert Hoge

I was eager to use Nertpow's online shop as a parent and discover toys and games that would foster my child's imagination and creativity. My experience with their merchandise and client support, however, was disappointing. First off, I discovered their website to have a small and uninteresting selection of products. I was searching for unique design and educational value, but many of the items were generic. The shipping procedure took longer than anticipated and the items arrived in poor condition when I eventually placed an order for a building set and art supplies. The art supplies were dried out and useless, and the building set was missing several parts. In an effort to solve the problem, I spoke with Nertpow's customer support, but I only received rude and unhelpful responses. They made it abundantly obvious that they had no interest in listening to my complaints or offering a workable solution. Overall, Nertpow was a disappointing and stressful experience for me. To other parents looking for age-appropriate toys and games for their kids, I would not suggest their online shop.
