One size may not fit all

But then again you get what you pay for, if you are not satisfied just send it back. My rack did not fit the 29" frame. I was disappointed with the decision to "bend" the brackets to attach them to the frame. I think such solutions are silly and there were no suggestions in the installation guide. The saves the manufacturer from any liability in case the Klugey solution doesn't work If your Klugey solution doesn't work, it's unlikely that you can go back since you destroyed the product for a little more you can buy a better luggage rack .First DO NOT try to bend the bar by hand to guess how you will fit.- The first step is to attach the rack to the holes above the wheel hub using adjustable bars. The bolts have thumb grips which are hand held need to be tightened - Check that the height and spacing of the support are correct - When you are satisfied with the spacing of the support, attach the horizontal stabilizers oren on the bicycle frame. Finger tighten them again, or just enough so the screws don't wear out while you work on the next step. Lift the bars up and position them just under the plate so they are attached at the end. Slowly rotate the strut forward (which is now bolted to the wheel hub). When the post becomes parallel to the ground you will see the bars begin to bend. Bend slightly first and then as you move the frame forward. When you believe the rack is positioned the way you want it, you should see that the holes in the rack line up with some of the holes in the bracket. You may need to do a little work to ensure all 4 holes on the front of the rack line up properly. Starting at the two rear holes on each side of the rack, insert the screws and tighten the nuts. This will cause the bars to flex more and you should put the bolts in right in front and start threading the nuts on. You may need to adjust further to line up these front holes, so don't fully tighten the rear nuts. After all nuts are screwed on, tighten everything (see pictures). It seemed to work for me, but remember, if it doesn't work for you, returning it probably isn't an option.
