I thought to order more expensive for three naughty dogs, but I was wrong. Vibration and sound work, but nothing on the shock. They are described as working with long haired dogs, which is incorrect. My dogs look at me as I press the eject button like they don't understand what I'm doing. WTF? How come my only option is to teach my dog to correct bad behavior by threatening him with sounds and vibrations? I've had this collar for almost two weeks and have already requested a refund. I want a training collar, not "Well you've been a bad boy, take that vibe as punishment" Wow, thanks for nothing. Oh, by the way, other reviews about it shutting down by itself are correct. If this happened twice on two different collars.
