Review on NETUM Shipping Printer Thermal Compatible by Frank Dubey

Great printer - poor translation of instructions

I've been using a Netum label printer for a month now, printing labels for items I sell on Ebay. Setup is pretty easy. Unfortunately, the instructions were created by a person whose native language is not English. This is most likely a raw translation from a translator program (which is NOT as good as Google Translate). Insert the supplied USB stick. Connect the printer power cord. Turn on the printer. Connect the printer USB cable to the printer and the computer. Run the PC or MAC installation software on the USB drive. Go to Printers in your computer settings (I tried this on a PC). Print a test page. It must look great! If the test page looks bad for some reason. You may be using unused thermal paper. Check the reviews of your thermal paper / labels. If the thermal paper/labels are of high quality, go to printer settings. Make sure Halftone is disabled to ensure 100% coverage of the printable area. Before plugging ANY USB device into your computer, make sure you have anti-virus software running. quality text. I also used the Trohestar label roll holder. Both are available on Revain. Note: After installation, the printer appears to be stuck on a specific USB port. THIS IS REALLY! You must connect the USB cable to the same port for the printer to be recognized. Or you can remove the printer and reinstall it with a different USB port. Also note that if you are using a primary printer, you should NOT set it as the default printer during installation. So just uncheck "default printer" during installation. Enjoy!
