Great scrub to dress up and run.

2+ YEARS UPDATE: Works as intended, no maintenance yet. Do not oil or grind. 6 MONTH UPDATE: I continue to use it 3 to 6 times a month. So far continues to work as intended with no maintenance. Do not oil or grind. After using the bowl, I wipe it with a dry cloth if there is no grease stain. In this case I will clean the stain. ______________FIRST REVIEW: After a few months and almost 100 pizzas I can say that I am satisfied with this bowl. Wooden pizza peels and their metal counterparts are versatile. You can arrange your cake on the wooden tray and then put it in the oven. Metal pizza peels are for launching and retrieving, not for decoration. First you need to put it on the counter. I use it in my home oven with the NerdChef Steel Stone - a heavy duty pizza baking surface (0.375" thick - Pro) and the results are impressive. I only oiled the shell once, now I just wipe it down with a paper towel. Water and soap are only needed if grease penetrates. Like so many others, I made a mess the first time I used it. Then I tried cornmeal and it worked, but people didn't like it. But it was good for practice. Now I've decided on semolina. I just rub some semolina on top and it does the trick, along with the right hand gesture. Pro Tips: - Grate some semolina on the shell. - Shake the bowl a little after adding each topping. the sauce will ooze out - when you're done serving, stretch the pizza out with your fingers again and pull it out on the sides. Stickiness between the pizza and the shell. Let's say you spread out a 12-inch cake, then stretch it left and right to 14 inches just before dinner. The starting move stretches it front to back and you end up with a round pizza! Extract. Even pizzerias that use wooden sliders use metal sliders to take them out of the oven. And I think they are right. I use a grill spatula and that's enough.
