Simply good: my rating
The umbrella, while light and cheap looking, is the best part of this combo. What you don't see in the photos is that the rain cover is made out of cheap clear plastic. Reminds me of a camping poncho but a little thicker. The kid still liked it, so I'm giving it 3 stars.
