Review on Girls' Vintage Pleated Cotton Fashion Dress with Flare Long Sleeves – Sizes 4-10T by Vijay Patel

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this dress compared to most things I've seen at Revain within my budget. It is beautiful, thick velvet and looks very well made. Fluff is visible on black, but that is the nature of velvet. I ordered size 4-5 for my 32 month old girl who is 36.5 inches hoping she can wear it for a long time. It's not too big for her to wear right now, but has enough room to grow. The price is 10 dollars. , it's a deal. Highly recommended!
