Overall the dress is good quality and color just a bit thin and tight in the bust which requires some sort of tank top or tank top for a 9 year old girl. I had to add a few inches of belt cutout to make it snug enough for my granddaughter's waist. I also added sling loops to hold the sling in the back and front where the bow is quite heavy. A simple but stylish dress for the New Year. She will be able to wear it to church and other "normal" events.

All other comments were positive. The material is soft and thick enough for winter. A size 7 fits her perfectly, has very little room to grow and is in the high percentile for her age.
