At least for me it works better than $150-$200 MAF sensors. E46 fuel match average 0 + - 3. Specification with each vehicle should be safe within parameters -+ 10 in each direction. Anything that oscillates between 12, 28, 21 over time is most likely giving an engine code. There is air in the system and if the engine whistles and revs, that's definitely something to watch out for.
