Seems only suitable for large breeds
After installing the ET-300 and adjusting it to the smallest possible opening, it was still too big to fit my 6 month old Bretagne mix. She weighs just over 30 kg. It was tight but too loose. Nowhere is it specified what the minimum size is. I'm guessing it's at least 15 inches with the ET-300 attached. I hope it fits her well in a month or two, but it's still frustrating.
