I don't have many dry cleaning items so I love being able to do it at home in my own dryer without the hassle and expense of drying to go cleaner. I had a hard time finding Dryell in local stores so decided to give it a try. I've read some reviews where people reported that the stain remover left permanent marks on their clothes to treat the stain, but I have a feeling these people treated their clothes with the dryer sheet and not the included stain treating kit. Or maybe they didn't outlive their clothes right away and the dryer sheet sat in one spot on the surface of the clothes for too long. I may be wrong, but I followed the instructions and had no trouble coloring. I also like that it is a bagless system. Fewer steps than the previous system I used so it's easier. It might not smell that good, but it serves its purpose perfectly.
