The multimeter I use is very accurate. I have two of them and both give the same readings. I've seen it put out up to 9.3 amps, which isn't bad, but far from an on-screen display. For example, the display shows 15.5 amps, but actually only delivers 8.3 amps. It works well, I just don't like being lied to. I assume that a little more than half of the current readings shown are correct. Very light, very cheap. The potentiometer doesn't seem to do anything. An automatic or manual switch also seems useless. This is not a manual mode as it will not charge or generate a charge unless it detects a specific voltage.
