Good For Short Travel
I purchased this to keep my diabetic shots cold while traveling on business flights.
I have been using it for direct flights of about 6 hrs and when arriving, the gel packs are no longer frozen; however, my supplies are still cold and the pack are still cool. Overall, it performs better than another brand I purchased a few years ago that only lasted 2 hrs, so this one is a definite upgrade.I haven't had to try it on longer flights yet, but will update when this happens.

- Was left in freezer for 2 weeks. Went on an overnight trip and by the next day it was not cold anymore.
