manufacturing defect?

In general I like it, I will use it. It's easy to set up and won't tip over when hit by a ball. The mats slide a bit on impact but my big issue is the "strap sleeves" or lack thereof. I looked everywhere and my son also looked. Not here. I found that putting it under the straps on each side would keep it together, although I expect it would put too much stress on the material. Help?
