This system was installed two years ago to replace the professional subscription services of a world renowned company. This system is without a doubt superior and we are very pleased, the physical installation was easy and set up was seamless. The bonus was the ability to grant access via keyboard, fingerprint and/or key fob. I would like to point out that their software is only compatible with PC, not Mac. Perhaps most impressive is their after-sales service. Sellers are incredibly responsive to emails; Not only were they very helpful with questions during the initial setup, they are still answering questions and troubleshooting two years later. At a time when most companies deny any responsibility to their customers with a "customer beware” attitude, I find their quick attention to customer concerns both refreshing and commendable. back to the future.
