Two months with no problems, installation was easy

Great system! Installed in early August 2018 and have had no problems since installation - 20+ users. I recommend wiring the system directly to the table using excellent videos and guides before going live to ensure you set up the API correctly and have access. Email support was very responsive. We use fingerprint, chip and keyboard - the user has three options. when accessing the device - all three work fine. The system is only used to control access to the lobby door. I highly recommend this…

Excellent support that comes with the included DVD as well as a personal touch.

This product is used to provide access to a private school. The included DVD helped with the installation, but there were a few "bugs" that needed fixing. The emails managed to fix most of them, but there was a critical issue trying to use programmatic control. Personal contact worked. Tech Support was able to access my computer and make the necessary adjustments to get the system working properly. Reliable, functional, good value for money, excellent service.

This system was installed two years ago to replace the professional subscription services of a world renowned company. This system is without a doubt superior and we are very pleased, the physical installation was easy and set up was seamless. The bonus was the ability to grant access via keyboard, fingerprint and/or key fob. I would like to point out that their software is only compatible with PC, not Mac. Perhaps most impressive is their after-sales service. Sellers are incredibly responsive…
