Insert a good brand, pre-charged battery. Panasonic!.
I bought 2 packs of these batteries when I bought them, 2 were broken when I got them, I have raced 4 batteries in a RC race car, several times, they MUST for not suitable for this use. Panasonic batteries last twice as long and are rated at 1900-2000mAh. They are said to be rated at 2100 mAh. I'm sticking with Panasonic. They weren't pre-installed either.
