This lamp is bright as others have noted. However, it maintains a nice clean dividing line so you can aim it properly and not blind other motorists. I really wanted an LED ring to match my ring LED turn signals and this fits perfectly! In general, I'm very happy with the light - it was easy to connect and install. However, the lens is made of plastic and not glass. It doesn't matter as I'm sure it's very durable and will withstand the occasional rock chip. My problem is that there are slight scratches on the lens right after installation. Not very visible, more like swirl marks on car paint, but if you look closely you can see them. For this reason I returned the first order and received a replacement. I've coated the new one with some 303 so I'm hoping it will repel the dust and dirt that those light scratches cause. I drove with the light on at dusk and it lit up the road really well! All in all, this is a great light. It's just not *perfect*. I'm still deciding whether to keep it or not based on the lens' obviously poor quality (and lack of scratch resistance). 5 stars for light pattern, style, fit and finish, and overall ease of use. -1 star for slightly scratched lens.
