Will add this to the top of the review Just heard from the company that I need the deluxe cover that should come with the bed but no replaceable item is the whole Exchange the bed for a replacement. It's ridiculous and very unnecessary for a cover. I will most likely not buy anything else from Linon Home Decor not because I don't like the item, but because they cannot fix a relatively simple problem without requiring me to replace the entire item. The bed itself is relatively comfortable. The assembly went pretty smoothly, I wouldn't say it was easy, but it wasn't terribly difficult either. However, after unpacking it, assembling the bed frame, and then putting the mattress back in and trying to fold it back, the fold back doesn't work. The cheap plastic latch isn't long enough to reach the other side of the frame, the latch now as the mattress isn't crushed by the machine. So I had to buy bungee cords to keep them folded. In addition, the kit did not include a cover designed to cover it in a folded upright position. I plan on contacting the company to see if they can ship it so the bed can be covered and tucked in the corner rather than looking like a folded bed tucked in the corner.
