I cherish high-quality kitchen and household goods, thus my interaction with TEJATAN left me feeling utterly let down. The goods I got were of poor quality and fell short of what I had hoped for. It is obvious that TEJATAN prioritizes revenue over quality. The home decor products looked nothing like they did on the website, and the window treatment hardware was cheap and broke easily. The fabrics were low-quality, and the colors had faded. It is obvious that TEJATAN is more focused on turning a profit quickly than on offering its clients high-quality products. The things were in awful condition, and to make matters worse, the shipping was sluggish. It is evident that TEJATAN does not care about the satisfaction of their clients. Additionally unhelpful, their customer service made it plain that they didn't give a damn about my problems. In general, I wouldn't advise going shopping at TEJATAN. Look elsewhere if you're seeking for high-quality kitchen and home goods. Time and money are wasted on TEJATAN, and I now regret ever doing business with them.
