Review on Stack 100 Compostable Paper Plate by Cindy Lloyd

I recently bought the 125 counter as a test counter. We are having a 100 person bi-annual party and need a tray that has more than the usual 3 compartments. Lots of people like to control liquids in food and we found the 5 compartments useful. We were a bit worried about the size of the other partitions, but everything seemed to be working fine. There appears to be a plastic coating that prevents liquids from being absorbed too quickly, helping to keep the plates stable in the serving line as they move to the table and across the food. So we were happy with the work of the panels and will order 500 next time and this will be a regular part of our project.
