Review on CSF 3328 High Performance Radiator by Mark Greenwood

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent cooler. Also fits Armada

Nice finish - too bad you can't see it once installed. I got this for my 2007 Armada (yes it fits, Revain's install guide is wrong) due to a common OEM radiator cracking issue where the plastic tank is plugged in under the passenger side. Installation was more painful due to the incomplete online disassembly instructions, but if I had to do it all over again it would be easy. I used guides from titantalk, clubarmada and youtube. The installation is fine, but the fan shroud may protrude slightly due to the increased thickness of the heatsink. I took a dremel and shaved off some of the casing and it fitted perfectly. Do yourself a favor and remove the motor fan - I don't know how you can swap it out without that. The cooler looks very well built and worked well (although it took less than a month to install so time will tell durability). It even has a tick mark on the drain plug so you know when it's time to re-flush the system if it's screwed in properly. Please note that due to the system I was advised to use my OEM radiator cap and not the one that comes with the kit. on the truck. Lots of Koyo cross stores, but this one doesn't have an internal transmission cooler line (which also fails on the OEM). I didn't need an external cooler so I went with CSF. It's plug and play (without shaving the fan shroud). Very happy with the purchase. Will be updated if problems arise.
