The team is very knowledgeable in their respective fields of expertise which allows them to provide solutions that are not only technically sound but also cost effective as well! We have been working with this organization since 2008 when they were known under 3rd Generation Systems (3GS). They now operate out of an independent entity called "Cagktu". I am currently using one or more products from each area within my department so there isn't much about me personally being able to say anything bad at all - however if any problems do arise it's usually resolved quickly by contacting customer support directly via email rather than having someone come into your office who may be less familiar/knowledgeable regarding those issues themselves.
