The ability to have multiple people working in one file with different tabs for each person makes it very easy when you need more than 1 user or if there are changes required, all users can be updated at once without having everyone open their own copy! It also allows me as an admin access into other peoples files so I don't always lose my place while looking through someone's document/project folder etc - which could happen quite easily otherwise!! Nothing really but its great being able use this product from anywhere via our website instead using email attachments (which would take ages).
