This holder is perfect for what I was looking for. He suggested 2 ways to apply the glue, which I always avoid because I'm not sure how well or how long it will hold up. I mounted mine with screws. I wish the screws were tucked or flush a little better, but it didn't affect my remote control or functionality in the end. If you don't have a cover on the remote it will move or sit loose in the mount but if you add a decent grip cover on the remote it will sit tight which I did and have for me. All in all it's what I was hoping for and does what I need, offers space for the remote control and a clean look.
