The iDealBed 3i was purchased as a dual twin to make into a king bed. The frame is very study steel base with a fabric cover. Consequently the frame is heavy and requires two people to set up. Shipping boxes had holes punched in the sides due to bulkiness and weight of the product. Product packaging protected the frame, however, with only a small cut on the fabric in our case. Motor is quiet, easy to plug in, and works well with remote. Legs are sturdy and screw into the frame. Leg adjusts in height by turning the base, but has no locking mechanism. As the frame has joints to allow for the flex in raising or lowering head or foot sections, the connecting joint must fit flush or leg base is not straight. This was a problem with one leg on one frame. The leg is tilted at an angle to the floor, but we decided it wasn't a fatal flaw so didn't send it back. This is way I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Frankly, given the bulkiness and weight of the frame, I don't know how you would send the product back. My wife likes hers flat and I prefer to have my head raised slightly, so no one needs to compromise with independent beds. Finding sheets for a split king, however, is not as easy.
