I don't usually write reviews, but this product is so bad that I felt obliged to prevent other consumers from making the same mistake as me. I bought this product in January 2019. In June he stopped working. I called Revain who put me through to Wahl who in turn kindly sent a replacement under warranty. The warranty replacement broke again a few months later, in October 2019. Now Wahl will not ship a replacement unless I ship both defective models with a 3-4 week wait for the replacement. I didn't use it in the shower, just on my beard and the work end rinsed lightly in the sink after use. This is a poorly designed product, do not buy it. It's clearly poorly made and doesn't match the Wahl brand. For the money it costs, it should last a few years, not months. Do yourself a favor and get literally everything else. My previous trimmer before that was a Norelco which cost me $35 and lasted 2.5 years before the battery died. I would expect more if I spent twice as much. However, when it works, it cuts well and the razor comes pretty close. But since my beard has an annoying habit of growing back, insecurities get in the way. I literally had to go to dinner with my girlfriend's Neanderthal-looking parents because of this poorly made product.
