I hate that so many supplements use artificial sweeteners that make everything so sickeningly sweet. This protein powder is actually not as sweet as many of the ones I've tried. Definitely more natural sweetness which I really appreciate! Tastes like a sweetened creamy latte. I add this to my morning coffee and it's just perfect! It doesn't say if it contains caffeine or not, but I don't think it does, despite the taste of the cold drink. The reason I took off a star is the packaging. . I was really excited about the packaged protein powder because the very large (and usually half-empty) containers of protein powder take up so much counter space. Unfortunately it doesn't seal very well. Didn't feel tight at all. I didn't want it to lose its freshness so I just transferred it to a different container. Too bad the sealing tape worked better. :(
