A Trip to the Himalayas Through the Himalayan Online Store: All the Adventure, None of the Fun

Even though the Himalaya online store promotes itself as a "journey through the Himalayas," the experience of shopping there is more aggravating than enjoyable. The user experience of the website is as difficult to use as finding your way through a labyrinth in the woods, and the restricted product range makes you feel like you've had your hike cut short. The product descriptions are about as clear as the hazy views from the highest peaks, despite the fact that the company has a long history of using Ayurvedic principles. It's as if you're attempting to decode an old manuscript when you try to discover any information on the ingredients or how to use it. Good luck. And about the quality of the customer service, don't even get me started. It's almost as difficult as trying to hire a Sherpa to carry your belongings up a mountain. The return and refund policy is about as obvious as a snowstorm, and it takes days for a response to be given to questions and complaints raised by customers. The trip through the Himalaya internet store is ultimately not one that is beneficial to take because it is not worthwhile. Choose to avoid unnecessary difficulty by going with a business that is more open, user-friendly, and focused on satisfying its clientele instead.

Pros
  • Sustainable methods
Cons
