We started using protective soap in the fall of 2016 when I was 8 years old. the eldest son fell ill with molluscum contagiosum. It spread through his body like wildfire. After two showers of Defense Soap, the clam began to flake off and within two weeks the infection was gone (and never came back). The rest of our family also used protective soap to keep us from getting shellfish ourselves. As long as my boys play contact sports we will be using this soap! Defense Soap's website also mentions its effectiveness against other skin infections as the soap contains essential oils that kill bacteria, fungi and viruses. We have found that it is also effective against underarm odor. It is best to leave the soap on your skin for at least 30 seconds before rinsing it off.
