I bought a 5.8" bag thinking the other would be too big based on the pictures in the ad. I'm glad I did! This case fits my iPhone 8 in a Unicorn Beetle case (5 .9 x 3.9 x 0.55") is perfect and sits low on the top tube. The finger lock is covered with thin plastic so water and dust are kept out can get onto your device. Don't plan on carrying a lot of things in it. I wear my gloves for riding and cycling, but haven't tried to pack it all the way in. I think keys, wallet, travel snack and maybe an AC adapter are all what I've ever used it for.But I haven't used it on a trip yet, I don't see any problems on the road or on the track.
