The ease of using this system, it's very user friendly! It was easy enough that I could even teach my employees how to operate them without having an expert there with me at every restaurant location we had one installed (we have 5). We were able train our staff quickly which helped us keep up with demand when things got busy during peak hours or holidays like Christmas/New Year etc.. They are also great about keeping you updated via email as well if they need more information regarding your account than what can be found online through their website. There really isn't anything i dislike but maybe some minor issues here & there such as being unable to add more servers once someone has already been added so sometimes people get confused over who works where since everyone looks similar while wearing uniforms. Have used these systems before by other companies however never liked those brands because after.
