The 2nd device stopped working

The 1st device stopped working Volume control and there were problems with the sound. The replacement worked for a month and now only works via Bluetooth. No rear camera, reset and delete all applications downloaded on it. The Great Look Beat doesn't work. Save money and buy something else. There is no support for this product.
