I'm writing this review because I see some bad reviews from people saying it doesn't power a 700w microwave. Firstly, if you have a 700w pure sine wave, it will draw 700w, but the inverter will almost certainly sound an alarm. First thing I updated the power supply and negative line to 1/0 since 8/0 can't handle the load. If you now start a device with a high load, the battery will quickly drain. I used the light, TV and coffee pot for 2 days on a single charge before having to charge them with a pure 1500w sine. I bought pure sine because it can handle heavier loads like heating elements. I accidentally blew the fuses, they are easy to replace by unscrewing 8 screws. 4 on the button side, 4 on the fan side. The remote is just an inaccurate battery meter, but you can put the inverter out of sight and turn it on and off. I unplug the remote when not in use as it draws minimal voltage when plugged in as the main unit needs to be on for the remote to work. This is the only downside. This is a good buy after a few months. Again, I always upgrade the wires from stock 8/0 to at least 2/0. 8/0 just don't cut it. Suitable for low-power work, but not for something like a stovetop or small microwave.
