It is very easy to use and you can create your own groups and set up different types of notifications that will let people know when you're online. I wish there was more functionality. The service itself has a pretty limited amount of options for customization, but it does what it needs to do. If you are looking for something simple and user friendly that lets you communicate with others through chat or video, this is a great option. We have used it in our office for about 4 months now and everyone loves it. We use it mostly for internal communications, but it also works well for external clients.
