The heatsink looked like it was a premium product (as to be expected with $20 hardware). It was actually easy to install the M.2 drive into the heatsink as described in the instructions that came with the product. However, the supplied mounting screw (used to install the drive in the MB) was not long enough to reach the MB. I tried a screw from my previous M.2 SSD and it was also too short. The mounting edge on the heatsink is too high from the bottom of the bay. I could order locking screws, but that's an extra $7-10 I'm spending on a heatsink that should have come with the hardware. I'm sending back but I want everything to work from the start.
