Finally enlightened! - Inside Switch

Toyota really lost the ball on their new RAV4s when they got cheaper by not illuminating the door handles. I found out about it on the RAV owner's FB page, so I gave it a try. The driver's door control units were replaced in less than a minute. The other 3 doors took a little longer because they had to be installed very carefully. The only thing I miss is that the passenger door lock/unlock is not activated, which is kind of weird.
